Under Commit and Over Deliver

So many times we hear from new clients complaining their former public relations agency didn’t always deliver what they promised.  Our agency philosophy has always been to “under commit and over deliver.”   We’re in it for the long haul with our clients, kind of like a marriage, rather than just a date.

We’d much rather generate MORE positive messages about our clients than NOT ENOUGH!  We particularly liked Larry Adams’ Letter to the Editor that ran in The Tennessean.  The headline read “Too much coverage of Opry Mills.”

In other words, if you order a small lemonade from The Andrews Agency, you’ll more than likely get a large….for the same cost as a small.  We’ve figured out it works every time!
